Great service. Came out in a couple of days to fix a leak, and worked with me to find a solution within budget. Repaired the roof (rebuilt a valley) in a day. Agreed to pay 299 pounds for an inspection after getting in touch with James, but he never followed up after even though I called several times, he eventually just ghosted me.
