Crew Leader Foremen

A crew leader foreman is responsible for managing daily activities on a construction site, ensuring that the operations adhere to set deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. They act as the main point of contact for supervisors, clients, and construction workers. Their duties include managing construction schedules, conducting assessments and evaluations, hiring and training staff, monitoring supplies, and ordering materials. Furthermore, they have the responsibility to enforce safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Management of sheet metal installation and HVAC systems in commercial facilities, including the construction of storefronts and mechanical rooms.
• Responsible for cleaning duties such as vacuuming, shampooing, and spot-cleaning carpets and furniture as well as washing windows.
• Install various types of roofing, siding, fascia, windows, and drywall.
• Work on lighting retrofit projects, replacing lamps and wiring ballasts to enhance energy efficiency.
• Operate heavy equipment like excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and wheel loaders on a pipe crew.
• Landscaping tasks such as pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges, as well as weed whacking various areas to complete mowing jobs.
• Operate a post driver, supervise a crew of 8, assign work tasks, and operate a backhoe. 
• Use GPS RTK for construction staking, boundaries, topographies, and setting photo controls.
• Install and fabricate compressors, evaporators, various temperature and humidity control components, and fuses.
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and bobcats, use trenchers, perform site grading, read landscape blueprints, and assist with landscape irrigation installation.
